The project includes n. 4 photovoltaic plants, with a total of 10MWp, located in 4 sites, situated in 3 different provinces of the Cuban Republic. It is part of the implementation plan of the Cuban economic development program, with the aim to reach a total of 700MW photovoltaic power supply by 2030.

These small size substations have been refined with high-resistant painting, suitable for Caribbean humid and saline environments, and customized with internal equipment.
The project was addressed to the developing industrial center of Artemisa and included the engineering study, construction, and commissioning of compact substations for energy distribution and electrical equipment for the substation interconnection.
The project has included the study, working and supply of Sylvester Pine wooden poles from Scandinavia (Finland, Norway, Sweden).
