We had the pleasure of taking part in PMI DAY, the initiative by Confindustria Bergamo that connects middle school students with local companies.
It was a valuable opportunity to share who we are and what we do, but above all, to leave the #students with a positive memory and spark their curiosity about the world of work.
We welcomed a third-year middle school class, organized into three groups that rotated through three experiences:
– Discovering company roles: how an organizational chart works and what skills are needed to grow a business.
– Hands-on workshop: a small “wiring lab” to understand what it means to work with precision and attention to detail. At the end, we even lit up a light bulb!
– Factory tour: a journey through our production area to see up close what an electrical panel and a switchroom are.
A big thank you to all the students for their enthusiasm and curiosity, and to Confindustria Bergamo for creating this opportunity to connect.
