N. 11 switchrooms and 1 control room for a major 400MW BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) project in Eccles, United Kingdom.
It includes:
- N. 11 Switchrooms 33kV: equipped with MV switchgear, LV protection and control panels, HVAC systems, rectifiers, integrated fire detection and automatic suppression systems.
- N. 1 BESS Control Room: featuring HVAC systems, LV protection and control panels, rectifiers, dedicated fire detection and automatic suppression system.
A key highlight of this project is the fire suppression system within the switchrooms, strictly engineered according to UK standards for hazardous areas.
To meet the client’s specific requirements, we integrated strategic partnerships with external specialists into our workflow. This collaboration ensures cutting-edge fire safety, including specialized piping systems for rapid flame suppression.
