Connection substation 30/220kV for Sicily

Description

Design, manufacturing and supply of n. 3 switchrooms for Gallitello connection substation 30/220kV in Gibellina area. It is an essential element for trengthening the region’s energy resilience and integrating renewable energy sources into the Sicilian national transmission grid.

The project includes the installation of n. 3 connection-ready Switchrooms, designed to operate in challenging environments and equipped with:

• Medium-voltage electrical switchgears ATR 36kV 2500A 25kA;
• Low-voltage switchboards Euro-SDS and SCADA system for real-time monitoring;
• Protection and control panels, UPS systems, batteries, and 100kVA auxiliary transformers to ensure 24/7 operability;
• Integrated HVAC systems for temperature control in technical rooms housing critical equipment.
