Maintenance plan at Gewiss headquarters in Calcinate (Bergamo). Specifically, it is a lighting efficiency intervention outside the plant.
Overall, the project includes:
- N. 60 projectors on 10 light towers 32 meters high
- N. 30 road poles perimeter to the plant
- Replacement of lighting bodies on the various signs
- N. 35 lighting bodies on steel stretches for lighting between the various warehouse bodies
- Energy maintenance works for restoring old plants, using materials provided by Gewiss;
- Monitoring of plants and cleaning of electrical shelters;
- Replacement with new lighting fixtures in light towers, located in the forecourt;
- Requalification and management of entrance guard systems;
- Replacement of medium-voltage circuit-breakers;
- Retrofit of swtichgears.
