MAINTENANCE AT GEWISS LOGISTICS-TECHNOLOGICAL HUB

Description

Maintenance plan at Gewiss headquarters in Calcinate (Bergamo). Specifically, it is a lighting efficiency intervention outside the plant.

Overall, the project includes:

• N. 60 projectors on 10 light towers 32 meters high
• N. 30 road poles perimeter to the plant
• Replacement of lighting bodies on the various signs
• N. 35 lighting bodies on steel stretches for lighting between the various warehouse bodies

• Energy maintenance works for restoring old plants, using materials provided by Gewiss;
• Monitoring of plants and cleaning of electrical shelters;
• Replacement with new lighting fixtures in light towers, located in the forecourt;
• Requalification and management of entrance guard systems;
• Replacement of medium-voltage circuit-breakers;
• Retrofit of swtichgears.
