Description

Maintenance plan at Gewiss headquarters in Calcinate (Bergamo). Specifically, it is a lighting efficiency intervention outside the plant.

Overall, the project includes:

N. 60 projectors on 10 light towers 32 meters high
N. 30 road poles perimeter to the plant
Replacement of lighting bodies on the various signs
N. 35 lighting bodies on steel stretches for lighting between the various warehouse bodies

At the same time, we are implementing a prefabricated 10x5meter “Field” exhibition structure. This maintenance activity, both ordinary and extraordinary, is part of a project which in detail includes:

Energy maintenance works for restoring old plants, using materials provided by Gewiss;
Monitoring of plants and cleaning of electrical shelters;
Replacement with new lighting fixtures in light towers, located in the forecourt;
Requalification and management of entrance guard systems;
Replacement of medium-voltage circuit-breakers;
Retrofit of swtichgears.
