Alessio shares his journey, which radically changed his life and aspirations.
“Since I was a child, electrical circuits have always fascinated me: it was a world that sparked my curiosity. After graduating as an electrical technician, I immediately started working in this field. I joined C.R. Technology Systems four years ago as a panel wirer. I enjoyed taking the time to read electrical diagrams, understand how they worked, imagine their real-world application, and often discuss them with the technical office. The company gave me the opportunity to grow and find a role that truly feels like mine, recognizing a value in me that even I hadn’t seen. Today, I am the one designing single-line diagrams and turning major projects into drawings. My goal is to keep improving and continue acquiring new skills.”
Finding one’s path: Diana’s journey

Her journey is marked by dedication, willingness to step out of her comfort zone, and the ability to adapt to the company’s needs, qualities that led her to discover a role where she can fully express her skills.
From the moment she arrived, Diana showed interest in understanding the various company processes. Over time, she had the opportunity to try different activities, an experience that gradually helped her understand which professional direction suited her best.
Thanks to a course offered by the company and the support of internal training, she developed new skills and oriented herself toward the field of human resources. Today, she holds the role of HR Manager, a position she carries out with seriousness, dedication, and a mindset always focused on growth and process improvement.

He joined the company as a warehouse worker, gaining firsthand knowledge of workflows, materials, and the operational dynamics of the departments. This starting point allowed him to build solid foundations and a practical understanding of the entire production process.
Over time, the opportunity arose to embark on a new path: the role of Production Planner. This choice matured thanks to his desire to learn and the trust the company placed in him. During this transition, Luca received strong training support, essential for gaining confidence and specific skills.
Today, his job requires organizational skills, planning, data analysis, and constant communication with production. Having personally experienced the operational side of the departments allows him to approach planning with a deeper awareness than someone who has never worked directly on the shop floor.

From training to professional achievement: Daniele’s story
Another valuable testimony is Daniele’s, who joined C.R. Technology Systems as a purchasing office employee and is now Import/Export Manager.
“Given my academic background, the company proposed that I join the administrative area, working alongside Ida, our contact manager, who also handled import/export tasks. I suddenly found myself in a new role, learning many new and interesting things: from import and export operations to outgoing invoicing, contract review, and managing letters of credit.”
Daniele explains that he welcomed this change with enthusiasm, recognizing it as a true opportunity for professional growth.
