One of the most significant milestones in this partnership was the team’s image makeover, marked by the introduction of new uniforms. Designed by an Italian artist and crafted with innovative technical materials, these uniforms are engineered to enhance movement and regulate body temperature, ultimately improving on-field performance.
Recently, this synergy has grown even stronger through a project offering flexible work contracts to athletes. Players can select the days and time slots when they are available, allowing them to balance their sporting careers with professional development.
This initiative creates tangible value: for the athletes, who gain new skills and additional income; and for the company, which welcomes determined individuals capable of bringing the same energy and resilience they show on the pitch into the workplace. It is a real bridge between sport and business, reinforcing the connection that unites us.

Federica shared her thoughts on this experience: “I started my journey at C.R. Technology Systems because I wanted to get closer to the professional world in a context that reflects what I’m studying. As I approach graduation, I felt the need to put theory into practice and understand how a structured company works. From the very beginning, I found a welcoming environment, open to dialogue and focused on people’s growth. This helped me integrate quickly and made daily learning stimulating and concrete.”
Flexibility is essential for balancing the life of a professional football player: “Being able to choose the days and time slots when I work allows me to balance my sporting commitments with my professional development. It’s a precious opportunity, I can learn new skills, grow professionally, and feel supported in my journey. I want to thank Riccardo, who promoted this project that truly connects sport and business. And a special thanks to Diana, my HR tutor, for her guidance and professionalism. She’s helping me understand the dynamics of the sector and grow day by day.”
Although her experience has just begun, Federica sees it as a promising path:
