Description

The project has included the study, construction, and installation of a hybrid GIS electrical substation, to supply energy to an industrial area in Atemisa.

The substation is divided into:

  • 110kV field, including power transformers 40MVA, disconnectors, surge arresters, circuit-breakers
  • 34,5kV field, including n. 25 medium-voltage (MV) Normal Clad switchgear cubicles 34,5kV 1250A 25kA
The monitoring and protection of the plant are granted by low-voltage (LV) switchboards and SCADA system. Furthermore, the electrical substation has a firefighting plant, air-conditioning system, protection against atmospheric dischargers and auxiliary equipment.
